Preparing Fish

  • Bec Kavanagh I am honest a big fan of just lemon juice, salt and pepper with some cheese on it. I love fish like this but am definitely open to something different. I just have not cooked with fish too much before.

  • Jay Collier Try fish wrapped in foil you can bake and bbq it. A bit of butter about the size of a ten cent piece, salt, pepper, wrap it in foil then either put it on bqq/frying pan or bake it for not even 10mins. Perfecto! ♥

  • Bec Kavanagh Oh last time I put garlic on it. I usually do my fish in the oven as well lol. MMMM may fry it next time
    :D

Zenda Marsh well I crumb gf bread then add cajun herbs yummy, Dip fish in rice milk then gf flour then egg then the crumbs then bake in a 120c oven for about 30-45 minutes the last 10 minutes crank it up to 180c so yummy and almost fat free (GF/DF)

Sami Whittington If its good fresh fish my opinion is all the fancy stuff ruins it. Egg wash, then flour (mixed with salt and pepper) and then shallow fried in an olive oil butter blend.

Chicken pesto pasta

2 chicken breasts diced
1 jar pesto sauce (I use aldi brand or make my own)
enough pasta for 4 people
1 tin coconut cream

brown chicken, pour in jar of pesto sauce then tin of coconut cream thin softly simmer
while doing this cook your pasta when its all ready drain pasta and mix evenly through the sauce.
